A heater for the Polaris Ranger XP1000 / 1000 / Crew, 2018–2026

This Ice Crusher heater kit is built specifically for the Polaris Ranger XP1000 / 1000 / Crew — not a universal heater adapted to fit. It puts 14,600 BTU of engine-coolant heat through 6 adjustable vents, including dedicated windshield defrost. The heater unit mounts against firewall behind center dash. Because it runs on engine coolant, it makes real heat without draining your battery; the fan draws about what a factory blower does.

Everything is in the box: heater, vents, hose, fittings, hardware and the specialty tools the install needs, with picture-rich, step-by-step instructions written for the average do-it-yourselfer. Plan on four to eight hours depending on experience.

2 Seat / 4 Seat Option:

Select 2 Seat if your vehicle has a single row of seats and 4 Seat if your vehicle has two rows of seats. When you choose this option it helps our shipping department determine the amount of coolant hose to add to your order. It will not affect pricing at all.

In-Cab Heat Control Option:

This essentially gives you full control over the coolant flow through the heater core. You can turn the temperature up and down or turn it completely off for the summer, without having to reach under the hood to access the shut-off valve that is normally supplied with the heater kit.

Include Rear Heater Kit Option:

For Polaris Ranger 1000 Crew vehicles, a second heater kit can be added for amazing rear passenger heat. Rear Heater requires main heater kit for operation.

Hose Clamp Off Pliers Option:

Make your heater install faster and easier with Ice Crusher Hose Clamp Off Pliers. These clamp off pliers will keep coolant from pouring out of your vehicle when tying into the coolant system. They also keep the majority of air from entering the coolant system dramatically reducing the effort required to remove air bubbles later. It will fit all ATV and UTV applications and great to use on radiator hoses. Kits are sold in a pair.
