Our premium 4-lug UTV Wheel Spacers for the Yamaha Rhino are available in thicknesses from 1" to 4" and are custom-machined for a precise fit. Crafted from high-strength American 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized black for durability, each spacer is hub- and wheel-centric, ensuring a vibration-free, perfect fit — your machine will ride as if it came from the factory. Machined with the 4x110 bolt pattern, they come with all the correct installation hardware and a Lifetime Warranty. Fits Yamaha Rhino models with the 4x110 bolt pattern. Shipping

Shipping is FREE throughout the Lower 48 United States most often via FedEx. All other shipping destinations are available by quote, please contact us with your order details for an accurate estimate. Duties, Local taxes or Tariffs resulting from shipments outside the United States are covered by the buyer.

Installation Procedure

To install bolt-on wheel spacers, ensure both mounting surfaces are clean and flat, removing any clips, hub rings, or screws that prevent a flush fit. Using only the provided hardware and a torque wrench (no air tools), mount the spacer/adapter to the vehicle and torque to the manufacturer wheel torque specifications. Next, install the wheel, ensuring a clean, machined backpad free of paint or powdercoat, and verify at least 6 full turns of thread engagement on lug nuts or bolts before torquing to manufacturer’s specs. Drive slowly to check for noise or vibration, then re-torque all hardware after 5 miles.

Warranty

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers wheel adapters, spacers, and hub rings, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect occurs, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost, including one-way shipping, for the product's lifetime. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, excluding purchases from unauthorized resellers. To claim warranty service, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning the product, along with the original purchase receipt and proof of payment. The company will decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the product, with return shipping covered. The warranty does not cover damage to vehicles, structures, or persons, nor does it apply to products improperly installed (e.g., not by a professional mechanic, using high-pressure tools, or without a flush wheel fit), abused, misused, neglected, altered, modified, poorly maintained, or damaged in accidents. Warranty claims are void without an RA number, original receipt, or proof of payment. For some applications, factory studs must be trimmed to ensure a flush fit; failure to do so may cause vibration and void the warranty.
