A heater for the Massimo T-Boss 550 / 560, 2018–2025

This is the Ice Crusher cab heater kit for the Massimo T-Boss 550 and T-Boss 560. It taps into the machine’s coolant, mounts on the firewall, and puts 16,000 BTU through four vents (two in the cab, two for defrost).

We design and build this kit in Minnesota. It is not a universal box with a T-Boss label. Hardware, hoses, fittings, and picture instructions are in the box.

Defrost Note: The OEM Tip-up windshield has a sizeable bend in the lower portion that will impede defrost flow. The Defrost version of this kit is best suited for aftermarket windshields that do not have this lip.

Hose Clamp Off Pliers Option:

A pair of 10-inch clamp-off pliers that seal hoses up to 2 inches, so coolant stays in and less air gets into the system when you tie in. Bleeding the air out afterward is much easier, and they work on radiator hoses too.

MaxStat - Inline Coolant Bypass Thermostat Option:

Adds about 10–15° of cab heat. The MaxStat is an inline bypass thermostat (180°F, or 192°F if you ask before it ships) that keeps hot coolant flowing to the heater core when the engine thermostat would otherwise close, so the heat stays steady instead of cycling.

Do you make a heater for the T-Boss 550? Yes. This is the T-Boss 550 heater kit. Same kit covers the T-Boss 560.

Is there a T-Boss 560 heater? Yes. ICH217 is the T-Boss 550 / 560 kit for 2018-2025.

Does this fit a T-Boss 750 or 760? No. That is a different Ice Crusher kit (ICH218).

Free shipping in the lower 48. Order by noon CT, Monday through Friday, and it ships the same day. Canada: $30–$50 per heater freight depending on province; duties, taxes and brokerage are extra.

Ice Crusher Heaters warrants your UTV Heater System, including its electrical components (motor, switch, wiring and resistor), to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use and service by the original consumer purchaser (end user) for a period of Three (3) years from the date of purchase. The warranty is null and void if the system has been damaged by accident, improper installation, unreasonable use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or causes not arising from defects in materials and craftsmanship. Ice Crusher Heaters obligations under this warranty are limited to repair of the product at our production facility, or the replacement of the product at Ice Crusher Heaters option and at Ice Crusher Heaters expense. Any expense involved in the removal, re-installation, or transportation of the product is not covered by this warranty. Prior to return of any product to Ice Crusher Heaters, the customer must contact Ice Crusher Heaters customer service, 888-964-0135, email at info@icecrusherheaters.com or fill out the online contact form. The order number must be marked on the exterior of the package for easy identification. Any Warranty product received at Ice Crusher Heaters without an order number may be returned at expense of the sender. Postage must be prepaid, and the original dated proof-of-purchase must be included. Ice Crusher Heaters will not be liable for any damages sustained in transport due to improper packaging or handling. The acceptance by Ice Crusher Heaters of any product returned shall not be deemed as an admission that the product is defective or in any violation of any warranty.
