A heater for the Kawasaki Teryx 800 / Teryx4 800, 2016–2025
This Ice Crusher heater kit is built specifically for the Kawasaki Teryx 800 / Teryx4 800 — not a universal heater adapted to fit. It puts 14,600 BTU of engine-coolant heat through 6 adjustable vents, including dedicated windshield defrost. The heater unit mounts on passenger side wheel well. Because it runs on engine coolant, it makes real heat without draining your battery; the fan draws about what a factory blower does.

Installation

Options
Seat rows: Pick one row for a Teryx 800 or two rows for a Teryx4 800, so we pack the right length of coolant hose. The price doesn’t change.

Teryx

Teryx4
MaxStat (+$85.99): Adds about 10–15° of cab heat by keeping the engine thermostat from cutting coolant flow to the heater core.

Hose clamp tools (+$24.99): A pair of clamp-off pliers that seal hoses up to 2 inches, so the coolant tie-in stays clean. Handy on radiator hoses too.

Questions we hear
Does it fit the Teryx4?
Yes. Pick two rows of seats at checkout so we pack the longer coolant hose.
What does the MaxStat add?
About 10–15° more cab heat. It is an inline bypass thermostat that keeps hot coolant flowing to the heater core when the engine thermostat would otherwise close, so the heat stays steady instead of cycling. Add it at checkout; this machine uses the 1-inch (26 mm) size. It comes with a 180°F thermostat, or 192°F if you ask before it ships.
Will it drain my battery?
No. The heat comes from your engine’s coolant, not the battery. The fan draws about what a factory blower does.
How long does the install take?
Plan on 4–8 hours depending on experience. Experienced do-it-yourselfers land at the low end; first-timers should set aside a full day and follow the picture-rich instructions step by step.
Why buy an Ice Crusher heater
We’re not the cheapest UTV heater. We’re the one designed, supported and shipped by the people who answer the phone. Every kit is built for a specific machine, comes complete, and is backed by real people who know it inside and out. And we keep improving our kits, even when it means retiring our own older designs.
Warranty, support and shipping
3-year warranty on the whole kit, electrical included. If something goes wrong, tell us the problem and we make it right. Tech support is unlimited and free for as long as you own the heater: call 888-964-0135 and a real person in Minnesota answers.
Free shipping in the lower 48. Order by noon CT, Monday through Friday, and it ships the same day. Canada: $30–$50 per heater freight depending on province; duties, taxes and brokerage are extra.
