This Ice Crusher heater kit is built specifically for the Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT / FX / FXD Under Hood — not a universal heater adapted to fit. It puts 14,600 BTU of engine-coolant heat through 6 adjustable vents, including dedicated windshield defrost. The heater unit mounts on the passenger side under hood. Because it runs on engine coolant, it makes real heat without draining your battery; the fan draws about what a factory blower does.

Everything is in the box: heater, vents, hose, fittings, hardware and the specialty tools the install needs, with picture-rich, step-by-step instructions written for the average do-it-yourselfer. Plan on four to eight hours depending on experience.

FX Or FXT And MaxStat Options: Add an additional 10-15 degrees of heat output to your heater with a MaxStat.  New in 2024, the MaxStat has been redesigned to eliminate the use of an o-ring for sealing and instead relies on advanced thread sealants that make a perfect seal while offering replacement of the thermostat if needed.  The MaxStat, inline thermostat, prioritizes hot coolant to the heater core while maintaining optimal engine temp.

Make your heater install faster and easier with Ice Crusher Hose Clamp Off Pliers. These clamp off pliers will keep coolant from pouring out of your vehicle when tying into the coolant system. They also keep the majority of air from entering the coolant system dramatically reducing the effort required to remove air bubbles later. It will fit all ATV and UTV applications and great to use on radiator hoses. Kits are sold in a pair.
