A heater for the John Deere Gator 620i, 2007–2011

This Ice Crusher heater kit is built specifically for the John Deere Gator 620i — not a universal heater adapted to fit. It puts 14,600 BTU of engine-coolant heat through 4 adjustable vents, including dedicated windshield defrost. The heater unit mounts under the center dash. Because it runs on engine coolant, it makes real heat without draining your battery; the fan draws about what a factory blower does.

Everything is in the box: heater, vents, hose, fittings, hardware and the specialty tools the install needs, with picture-rich, step-by-step instructions written for the average do-it-yourselfer. Plan on four to eight hours depending on experience.

Make your heater install faster and easier with Ice Crusher Hose Clamp Off Pliers. These clamp off pliers will keep coolant from pouring out of your vehicle when tying into the coolant system. They also keep the majority of air from entering the coolant system dramatically reducing the effort required to remove air bubbles later. It will fit all ATV and UTV applications and great to use on radiator hoses. Kits are sold in a pair.

Electrical components are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use and service by the original consumer purchaser for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty is null and void if the system has been damaged by accident, improper installation, unreasonable use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or causes not arising from defects in materials and craftsmanship. Ice Crusher Heaters obligation under this warranty are limited to repair of the product at our production facility, or the replacement of the product at Ice Crusher Heaters option and at Ice Crusher Heaters expense. Any expense involved in the removal, re-installation, or transportation of the product is not covered by this warranty. Prior to return of any product to Ice Crusher Heaters, the customer must contact Ice Crusher Heaters customer service, 888-964-0135, email at info@utvheaters.com or fill out the online contact form. The order number must be marked on the exterior of the package for easy identification. Any Warranty product received at Ice Crusher Heaters without an order number may be returned at expense of the sender. Postage must be prepaid, and the original dated proof-of-purchase must be included. Ice Crusher Heaters will not be liable for any damages sustained in transport due to improper packaging or handling. The acceptance by Ice Crusher Heaters of any product returned shall not be deemed as an admission that the product is defective or in any violation of any warranty.
