Which CFMoto kit do I need?
U10 Pro and U10 XL Pro: one dual-fan kit — four center vents, two foot vents and two dedicated defrost vents. Choose single row (U10 Pro) or double row (U10 XL Pro) at checkout so we ship the right hose length; the price does not change.
UForce 1000: two kits for 2019–2026. One includes in-cab heat control, which lets you turn the heat up, down or off from the driver seat; the other uses a shutoff valve that you close for summer. The heat-control kit takes the place of the cup-holder tray on top of the dash; the other kit keeps the tray. Pick your model year (2019–2023 or 2024+) at checkout.
UForce 800: check the year. The 2025-and-newer UForce 800 shares a kit with the 2021–2025 UForce 600. The 2015–2024 UForce 800 shares a kit with the UForce 500.
ZForce: one kit for the 800 and 1000, one for the 500, both 2014–2022 with five vents and defrost.

Every kit ships the same business day from Minnesota with the heater, vents, coolant hose, duct hose, fittings, hardware, specialty tools and picture-rich, step-by-step instructions — nothing to source at the hardware store mid-install.

Installation on a CFMoto
Plan on four to eight hours with hand tools, depending on experience. All the hardware, fittings, hose and specialty tools are in the box, and the instructions walk the install step by step with photos. Frequently asked questions
What does the MaxStat do, and should I add it to my CFMoto kit?
The MaxStat is our inline coolant bypass thermostat. It adds 10 to 15 degrees of cab heat by keeping hot coolant moving through the heater core, and it stops the engine thermostat from cycling open and closed so quickly, so the heat in the cab stays steady instead of rising and falling. It is a checkout option on both UForce 1000 kits, the UForce 600 / 800 kit, the UForce 500 / 800 kit and the ZForce 500 kit.
Does it defrost the windshield?
Yes — every CFMoto kit includes defrost. The U10 Pro kit has two dedicated defrost vents driven by dual fans.
Will it drain the battery?
No. The heat comes from engine coolant; the fans draw about 2–3 amps, similar to a factory blower.
What is the difference between the two UForce 1000 kits?
Both are 14,600 BTU, six-vent heaters with defrost. One adds in-cab heat control so you can adjust or shut off the heat from the driver seat; the other has a shutoff valve you close for summer.
Do I need the hose clamp-off tools?
No — you can install the kit without them. But they make the job significantly cleaner and quicker, because you don't have to drain the coolant before cutting into the radiator hoses: clamp the hose off on each side, make the cut, and very little coolant is lost and very little air gets in. They are a $24.99 option at checkout on the kit page.
